ABOUT ALANNA
PROFESSIONAL BIO:
Having completed several gigs in Film (Plum Pictures; RKO Pictures) and Television (MTV Networks, The Colbert Report, NBC Universal), Alanna Slepitsky fell heart first into Digital Media when she became the Head Community Coordinator at FLIP.com (powered by Condé Nast Publications). Shortly thereafter, she was invited to join AOL for Kids as Online Entertainment Editor and "Music Guru." In 2008, Alanna's enthusiasm and drive for the kid/tween demographic landed her at Razor and Tie Entertainment as Content Producer for KIDZBOP.com.
Alanna continues to work on film production during her spare time, and is an avid writer and social networking extraordinare.

UNPROFESSIONAL BIO:
Alanna Slepitsky is a self-taught and self-proclaimed couch potato, pop-culture fiend and multi-tasker. She can sit in front of the television screen while "tweeting" away on her laptop and still know exactly what's happening on Real Housewives of Atlanta without flinching an eye to look up at the screen (drama, there's always drama). She also happens to own not one, but a whopping TWO rabbits, placing her on the "Crazy Rabbit Lady" list along with Amy Sedaris (true story). Alanna is quite an opinionator (is that even a word?), her business card reads: writer, filmmaker & movie critic (part true, part work-in-progress), she is a Virgo, a master at "that's what she said" jokes, a Russian-Jew, a Ben Affleck fan, both a PC and a Mac, and she sometimes listens to the Jonas Brothers.
When Alanna is not mastering the best couch potato technique, she likes to travel, make movies, dream and write "about me" sections in third person.
